Service Agreements
All projects and campaigns will be initiated only after formal confirmation and payment, as agreed in writing between Rahul Vithala and the client. Timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities will be clearly defined in the project scope. Any additional requests outside the original scope will be treated as a new agreement and may involve extra charges.
Payments and Billing
Payments for services are to be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments through secure gateways, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Invoices will be generated for all transactions. Delayed or failed payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing and branding services, all payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced. Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of payment to be considered. If services cannot be delivered from our end due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund will be processed based on the scope of incomplete work.
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, designs, and strategies created under our services remain the intellectual property of Rahul Vithala unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients are granted rights to use the deliverables for their business purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized use of our content or strategies is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our clients. All data, campaign details, and business information shared with us will be treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share client data with third parties without explicit consent, except when required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Rahul Vithala and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive to deliver the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, sales, or conversions due to the dynamic nature of digital platforms and market trends.
