  • Cancellation requests made after the service has started or resources have been allocated will not be eligible for a refund.

  • For subscription-based or recurring services, cancellation must be requested 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable once the service has commenced, as digital marketing and branding services involve time, effort, and third-party resource commitments.

  • If services cannot be delivered from our side due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the stage of the project.

  • No refunds will be provided for delays caused by lack of client inputs, approvals, or cooperation.

  • Payments made for consultations, audits, and one-time services are non-refundable.

Processing of Refunds

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
